Cottage 1 is the front cottage and has two bedrooms with a Queen Bed in each and the third bedroom has two single beds (that can be zipped together to make a king bed). Cottage 1 is fully self contained and also has a spa bath in the bathroom. Log fire in the lounge room with plenty of firewood supplied, and wall heater in bedroom. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

Cottage 2 is the back cottage and has one bedroom with a Queen Bed, the second bedroom has a king bed (zip together - can be two single beds) and the third bedroom has two single beds. Cottage 2 is fully self contained and also has a wheelchair accessible shower in the bathroom, and ramps to the cottage. Log fire in the lounge room with plenty of firewood supplied, and wall heater in bedroom. This cottage is our pet friendly cottage with a small enclosed area for your dog. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions 7 days notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations or no shows of less than 7 days notice forfeit the full tariff of the first night only. During peak season long weekends and festivals or special events cancellations or no shows of less than 7 days notice forfeit the full tariff. Cottage is booked for the agreed number of guests any extra person / beds used will be charged accordingly.

• Any damage to property accidental or otherwise
• Extra cleaning costs where the property is left in an unacceptable state after guests have checked out
