Benambra B&B was built in the 1870s. It has been fully restored and it's charm will bring a smile to your face.
Each room is individually decorated and all rooms are ensuite. The downstairs sitting room features an open fire which is great for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine.
The formal lounge room has an open gas fire and is a perfect place to relax.
On arrival, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with some homemade goodies.

Directions: Benambra B&B is centrally located in the heart of Queenscliff.
Benambra B&B and Cottage
From Geelong, come to Queenscliff on the Bellarine Highway - the B110, and follow the signs to Queenscliff. Turn left into Hesse Street (this is the main street of town) and follow Hesse Street till you see the big Vue Grand Hotel on your left. Once you see the Vue Grand, continue heading straight through the roundabout, and Benambra Bed and Breakfast is almost at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side.
From the Queenscliff Sorrento Car Ferry - follow the road into town. As you come around the corner of Wharf Street into Hesse Street, you will see Benambra B&B on your left hand side.
From the Great Ocean Road (or Ocean Grove or Barwon Heads) - Follow the signs to Queenscliff. Once on Shell Road in Ocean Grove follow Shell Road until you come to a roundabout (about 10 minutes from the town of Ocean Grove). This intersection is Fellows Road and you'll continue straight ahead. You’ll come to an intersection with a BP service station opposite, please turn left here, this is Point Lonsdale Road. Follow this road as it curves to the right, then it will bring you to the intersection of the Bellarine Highway (you'll see the Laundromat of the Big4 Beacon Resort in front of you). Turn right and follow this road to Queenscliff (only about 5 minutes drive). Follow the instructions above under the From Geelong heading. |

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
For weekend bookings if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of expected arrival then the full amount will be charged for unless a replacement booking is found in which case no charge will be made. This also applies to those who are part of a group .
Midweek bookings ie Sunday to Thursday cancellations will be accepted up to 3 before the expected arrival without charge.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside Benambra B&B and cottage. This includes bedrooms bathrooms balconies front verandah. Smoking is permitted on the back verandah of the cottage (for those in residence there) provided the windows and doors are shut and at the green table in the back garden. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to your credit card if you smoke inside.
