From Geelong,Come through Geelong on the M1 and look for signs to the Great Ocean Road (Route B100). Continue on the Great Ocean Road till you are past Apollo Bay. Look for the signs to Lavers Hill. We are 4KMS west of the Lavers Hill PO en route to the Twelve Apostles and Port Campbell, on the Great Ocean Road. Look for the 30m tall fire tower; Southern Heights B&B is just another 300m further down the hill.

From Warrnambool on the Great Ocean Road heading east towards Melbourne on the Great Ocean Road, look for signs to Lavers Hill. We are just before the fire tower and the township of Lavers Hill, look for our signs on the Great Ocean Road.

BOOKING DETAILS Accommodation is traditional in-house Bed & Breakfast in PRIVATE GUEST WING (not shared by hosts) including guest only entrance & guest only undercover (carport) parking. Fully served substantial breakfast is included in tariff. Check in anytime from 3PM onwards. Check out by 10.30AM. Cancellation Policy is effective from 30 days prior to arrival as follows: Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of total tariff. Cancellations notified 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the total tariff as will non arrival without prior notice. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Guests will be responsible for the costs of any damage incurred during their stay. Guests will be responsible for the safe keeping of their personal effects. Management is not obliged to offer any refund in the event of any power outage that may occur due to circumstances beyond its control.
