This stunning newly renovated property can accommodate up to 10 guests. Upstairs are the master bedroom and mezzanine bed. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite, queen size bed and dorma window taking in views of the surrounding bush. A 32" LCD television with surround sound. A double bed is upstairs on the mezzanine level. Downstairs comprises of the second Bedroom with queen bed and private ensuite, bunk room with two sets of bunks and a large bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The kitchen has full cooking facilities with jarra benches and stainless steel appliances. The open plan living and lounge area opens onto a large timber deck with outdoor setting,stainless steel BBQ and beautiful Japanese Maple Tree. The lounge area boasts a 52" plasma screen with surround sound and DVD player, log fire and cosy couches. Full laundry, including front loading washing machine and dryer. Bike washing facilities, outdoor bike racks and a lockable shed are available for mountain bike enthusiasts.
Booking dates may be changed (subject to availability) up to 15 days before arrival. Cancellations within14 days you agree to pay the equivelent of one nights accommodation. Cancellations within 7 days of booking you agree to pay 100% of the booking. The Church is furnished and maintained to the highest standard all guests are asked to respect the property. Prior to checking in the tenant will receive a bond form which will be sent to their nominated email account. Please click Here for a copy of this form. This form must be completed with all relevant details and forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days prior to reservation date. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning garbage removal wear and tear repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage Breakages Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is (TIMEOUT) by the latest to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
The Church is located in the beautiful Otways town of Forrest. From Geelong, continue along the Princes Highway (M1) through Geelong and continue on this highway until you come to the Cape Otway Road turnoff (the C135), about 5 minutes past Waurn Ponds. Turn left into the Cape Otway Road or C119 and continue for about 25 minutes. The Cape Otway Road turns into Forrest/Birregurra Road or Grant Street. The Church is on the corner on your right. From Colac follow the Princes Highway (A1) towards Geelong. 20 minutes out of Colac turn right into the Colac Forrest Road (C154). This will bring you to the main street of Forrest. The Church is on the corner on your right. From the Great Ocean Road From Apollo Bay on the Great Ocean Road take the Forrest/Apollo Bay Road (C119) . Follow this road to Forrest which will bring you into the main street which is Grant Street. The Church is on the corner on your left.
