FAIRHOLME TOWNHOUSE boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 queen beds and 2 singles in the 4th bedroom. The sandstone property has been totally renovated and extended and has 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, large spa and polished baltic boards with turkish rugs a feature. The handcrafted furniture is an indicator that no expense has been spared to provide guests with a comfortable and well catered for stay.

SEATON ON SPENCE is one of Warrnambools oldest and finest sandstone homes providing old world charm with the comforts of modern day living. 4 bedrooms, open fires, central heating, pressed tin ceilings, polished baltic boards, 2 huge living areas and magnificent tuscany style outdoor entertaining area provide guests with all the amenities they require for a fantastic getaway.

Cancellation Policy

Please note a 10% fee payable on any cancellation. Further if booking cancelled within 14 days of arrival 2 nights accommodation shall be payable on cancellation. However we will do our utmost to fill the vacancy and if that occurs no fee will be payable. Five day minimum during from 24th December to 31st January. Four day minimum during Easter.

Directions

For the Fairholme properties, when entering from either east or west on the Princes Hway (Raglan Pde) turn south at the Banyan St intersection (car wash on the south east corner) and travel 3 blocks to Timor St. Turn right at Timor St and Fairholme is the property immediately to your left on entering Timor St. Seaton on Spence is accessed by turning north at Kepler St (Kentucky Chicken on the north west corner) from the highway (Raglan Pde). Veer left into Spence St and Seaton is located on the next roundabout between Spence St and Princess St. All properties are well signed with an identifying property name.
